教育事業の現場で経営課題に取り組む、有給の実践型インターン枠です。自由度の高いシフト制度で学業や予定に合わせた勤務が可能。裁量を持って課題解決に挑む中で、実践的なビジネススキルを磨くことができます。また、外国籍スタッフの日本での生活支援にも関わり、国際的な環境で人の役に立つ喜びを実感できるポジションです。
途中でバックパッカーとなりヨーロッパの旅に出る。
旅行中の出会いが、人生に大きな影響を与えた。
大学3年の時にWingsにインターンとして参加し、
現在はマーケティング課題の解決に取り組むチームリーダーとして活躍中。（※2025年当時）
人を引き寄せる力があり、Wingsでもムードメーカーとして愛される存在。
早稲田大学の国際教養学部で国際開発学を履修し、発展途上国の成長性や、経済格差がもたらす教育問題に興味を持ちました。さらに理解を深めようと、国際開発学発祥の地であるイギリスへ長期留学。休暇中にヨーロッパ各地を巡り、忘れられない出会いを経験しました。一人はスイスで出会ったウクライナからの避難民、もう一人はドイツで出会ったパキスタン難民です。二人とも同い年で5カ国語ぐらい話せますが、彼らにとって語学力はサバイブに必要な力です。その人生観の違いに圧倒されました。勇気を出して外の世界に飛び出してみれば、思いがけない出会いや学びが広がっていることに気付き、私は一人旅が大好きになりました。
この長期留学の後、就活を控えてもう一歩成長したい思いWingsのインターンシップに挑戦。Wingsはカフェのアルバイトぐらしか経験のない私を受け入れてくれるありがたい会社でした。Wingsのインターンシップの魅力は、組織の課題発見からゴールまでがインターン生の役割として任せられていること。WINGS LOGというフレームワークを使って、課題とゴールの差を生み出しているものを明確にして、取るべき行動をメンバーで共有しています。私はこの考え方を自分の就活にも当てはめて、うまく採用につなげました。この先も人生の様々な局面で役に立つと思います。
もうひとつの魅力は、Wingsのトライアンドエラーを歓迎する文化です。不安や疑問は必ず誰かが一緒に考え、一緒に解決していきます。自分たちでプロジェクトを動かしていく感覚は本当に楽しいですよ。インターンに少しでも興味があれば、勇気を出して飛び込んでみませんか？
I took International Development Studies in the School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University and became interested in the growth potential of developing countries and the educational problems caused by economic disparity. To further deepen my understanding, I went on a long-term study abroad program in the United Kingdom, the birthplace of international development studies. During my vacation, I traveled around Europe and experienced unforgettable encounters. One was a Ukrainian refugee I met in Switzerland, and the other was a Pakistani refugee I met in Germany. They are both the same age and speak about five languages, but for them, language skills are necessary for survival. I was overwhelmed by the difference in their outlook on life. I came to love traveling alone because I realized that if you have the courage to venture out into the outside world, unexpected encounters and learning opportunities will unfold.
After this long-term study abroad experience, I decided to try an internship at Wings, a company that accepted me because I had no experience other than a part-time job at a café. Using a framework called “WINGS LOG,” the interns are asked to clarify what is causing the difference between the goal and the issue, and to share the actions to be taken with the other interns. I have applied this concept to my own job hunting and have successfully led to employment. I believe it will be useful in various phases of my life in the future.
Another attractive thing about Wings is its culture of welcoming trial and error. Someone will always think together with you about your concerns and questions, and we will solve them together. I really enjoy the feeling of running a project by ourselves. If you are at all interested in becoming an intern, why don’t you plunge in with courage?
