世界を、少しでも良い場所に。
慶應義塾大学に留学中、現在の妻と出会い、ライバルとして切磋琢磨しながら日本語を学びました。卒業後は約7年間、日本語教師として多くの学生に教えた経験もあります。
その後Wingsに入社し、会社のビジョンやミッション、クレド（行動指針）を策定するプロジェクトに参加。社長やコンサルタントの野上さんとともに働く中で、「理念を形にする楽しさ」と「現場に根ざしたカイゼンの大切さ」を実感しました。入社して3年。今ではダブルキャリアの道を選択し、人事のトップを務めると共に、オペレーションの責任者としてもっと効率的で柔軟な組織づくりに力を入れています。新しい講師のオリエンテーションや、トレーニングプログラムの立ち上げなど、実現したいことはまだまだたくさんあります。
実は、人前に立つのは少し苦手。でも、そのぶん「縁の下の力持ち」としてWingsを支える役割にやりがいを感じています。娘が生まれてからは育休を取得し、現在は育児に専念中。かわいい娘と過ごす日々が、何よりの幸せです。そしてこれからも、子ども達の教育を通じて、世界を少しでも良い場所にできたらと願っています。
Make the world a little better place.
While studying at Keio University, I met my present wife and we studied Japanese in friendly rivalry. After graduation, I worked as a Japanese language teacher for about 7 years, teaching many students.
He then joined Wings and participated in a project to formulate the company’s vision, mission, and credo (action guidelines). While working with the president and consultant Ms. Nogami, I realized the joy of giving shape to the company’s philosophy and the importance of kaizen (improvement) rooted in the workplace. It has been three years since I joined the company. I have now chosen to pursue a double career path, serving as the head of human resources and focusing on creating a more efficient and flexible organization as the head of operations. There are still many things I would like to accomplish, such as orienting new instructors and launching training programs.
In fact, I am a little bit bad at standing in front of people. But because of that, I find my role supporting Wings as a “behind-the-scenes” person very rewarding. After my daughter was born, I took childcare leave and am now concentrating on raising her. I am happiest when I spend my days with my lovely daughter. I hope to continue to make the world a better place through the education of children.
